Today he used that same old password to log into both his PC and ERP app. I was able to unlock his account, and he was able to log into the ERP application using his *old* password. He opted to change it then.Īfter entering the old/new password, and logging into his PC just fine, he was unable to log into a third party ERP application (which uses AD credentials for access) to the point where he attempted three times and was locked out. While logging in, he was prompted that his password would expire in 4 days (we are required to change out passwords every 3 months). A user came in on Sunday to get some work done. I have a strange issue and not sure what could be causing it.
